BRING ALL OF THIS TO A LOW BOIL, AND THEN REDUCE TO A SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. THEN, FOR AN ALMOST NON FAT/NO CHOLESTEROL VERSION, ADD ONE BOX OF BOCA BURGER BRAND (OR MORNRINGSTAR CRUMBLES (Where you find "veggie" Burgers) AND 2 CANS OF BUSH'S CHILI BEANS.
