1 -10 oz
can of Swanson or equivalent 98% fat free
white meat chicken
1 teaspoon
fine ground pepper from the dining room
table
1 bag of
"No Yolk" brand cholesteral
free noodles (regular, not extra wide)
1- 8 oz can
of peas
1- 8oz can
sliced carrots
1 can
Campbell's 98% fat free or Health Choice
condensed crm of chicken soup
Paprika
Garlic
powder Spray a medium
soup pot with Pam. Cook only 2/3
of the bag of noodles until just barely
done (do not overcook) and rinse.
Seaparate & thoroughly pick apart the
chicken and mix with noodles, pepper,
peas, carrots, soup and a very
light dusting of garlic powder.
Also mix in 1/2 soup can of
water. Put on the lid and
simmer for about 10 or 15 minutes or
until nice n' hot. Stir
occaisionaly and be careful not to
scorch! You can add some more water
if too dry. Lightly dust with
paprika and serve with a glass of Pinot
Grigio di Veneze. Now that's
fast.
